  2011 - New Commercial Director for HVC Ltd.

   Marcus Gudgeon has been appointed as new Commercial
   Director for Harbour View Construction Ltd . Marcus has been
   based in Guernsey for over five and a half years and has worked
   on a number of prestigious projects in that time.

  July - August 2011

   Work started on the £2.9 million refurbishment of the former
   St. Peter Port School. The project is due to be completed in
   May 2012
